  • June 27 - Upward Praise (Gospel)
  • July 11 - Indianapolis Jazz Orchestra; Bottled Water - Compliments of Conference & Travel Services
  • July 18 - The Park Avenue Band (Blues, jazz, latin)
  • July 25 - Heartland Big Band

Thanks to the generosity of many local businesses and individuals, the Gas City Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present six concerts for your pleasure. If you have not yet contributed and wish to do so, send checks payable to the Gas City Area Chamber of Commerce and mail to 316 E. Main Street, Gas City 46933 (earmarked"Concerts In The Park").
 

3rd Annual Gas City Area Chamber Golf Outing

Club Run @ Walnut Creek Golf Course

 REGISTRATION 

The 3rd Annual Gas City Area Chamber Golf Outing will be Friday, July 14, 2006. Your Chamber anticipates raising over $3,000, which will help support the many Chamber-sponsored activities through the year that directly and indirectly benefit the businesses in our community.

On behalf of this year's Chamber Golf Outing Committee, I ask for your participation in two ways:

  1. Golf Registration entry (yourself or a four-person team); and/or
  2. Business sponsorship.

A business can sponsor the outing in several ways:

  • Hole-In-One Sponsor = opportunity to display a vehicle, lawn equipment, jewelry, etc. at the golf course; your company or organization's name will be displayed on the Hole-In-One hole during the outing. ($200 Sponsor plus prize worth $2,500 - $20,000 value, incl. National Hole-In-One Association insurance cost).
     
  • Contest Hole Sponsors = provide Longest Drive & Closest to the Pin contest hole sponsor and prizes; your company or organization's name will be displayed at the contest Tee station during the outing ($100 Hole Sponsor plus prize worth $75 -100 value). Sponsors may staff the hole with employees to meet and greet golfers during outing.
     
  • Hole Sponsors = your company or organization's name will be displayed on the Tee station and/or the Green sponsorship during the outing. ($100 per Hole Sponsor location) Sponsors may staff the hole with employees to meet and greet golfers during outing.
     
  • Oasis Beverage Sponsors = your company or organization's name will be displayed at the 1st Hole and on the Oasis golf carts during the outing ($100 Sponsor).
     
  • Give-a-way Sponsor = provide miscellaneous business give-a-way items to be distributed to each golfer.
     
  • All sponsors will be listed in the press releases before and after the event.
     
  • Your company or organization will be highlighted as an outing sponsor in the Chamber Notes Newsletter at www.GasCity.com.

Sponsoring is a relatively inexpensive, but a very effective, way to promote your business to the community and to your fellow Chamber Members.

In conclusion, I want to THANK YOU again for your support as a member of the Gas City Area Chamber of Commerce. Without faithful members such as you, we would not have the successful community that we all enjoy today.
